August Nonprofit Highlight: Deception Pass Park Foundation

AUGUST NONPROFIT HIGHLIGHT: DECEPTION PASS PARK FOUNDATION

The Deception Pass Park Foundation was established in 2005 and their mission is to provide financial and volunteer support to Deception Pass State Park to promote education and preserve resources. 

DPPF helps fund and organize incredible programs like:

• AmeriCorps interpretive programs that connect visitors with the park’s natural wonders

• The Beach Naturalist Program, educating the public at Rosario Tide Pools

• Historic renovations and new construction like the North Beach Amphitheater

We’re excited to once again partnering with the Deception Pass Park Foundation (DPPF) to create a beer to promote the organization and to serve at their yearly Summer Concert Series. Last year’s beer garden was a blast, and we can’t wait to do it again!

Together with DPPF, we’re proud to support one of Washington’s most beloved parks. Join us this summer, raise a glass, and help keep Deception Pass thriving!

In addition to proceeds of the beer going to Deception Pass Park Foundation, Aslan is matching all donations made to them through our online and in-house round up system (up to $2,000) throughout August.
