Inspired by a shared love of easy drinking and nuanced Czech lager bier, the brewers of Aslan and Metier are stoked to bring this Czech Dark Lager to life. This beer is deep and complex with flavors of cherry, plum, roasted barley, milk chocolate, and dark bread. Lagered for over two months, this beer developed into a smooth and well rounded beer. We’re excited to share this beer with you all and can wait to raise a glass together a Metier’s Cherry St. location tomorrow.

DARK SAISON| 6.05% ABV

Much like the music genre, Math Rock is a beer that doesn't make much sense upon the first encounter. Dried fruit and herbal tea notes are paired with chocolate and brown bread to create a complex and deliciously hard to comprehend saison. A dry, tingly finish tie everything together and encourage the next sip. This beer is a thinker, ready for the most nuanced critiques.

AMERICAN PILSNER | 4.8% ABV

Yakima Select is our ode to the legacy of Washington lager and our celebration of the people and products across the state from Bellingham Bay to Yakima Valley. This year, we collaborated with Yakima Chief Hops to exclusively feature Talus in this American Pilsner. Talus is a hop variety developed in the PNW, featuring incredible bitterness balance and notable fruit and pine resin character that embodies the American style of beer. This beer is meant to showcase the labor of the Yakima hop industry by highlighting a modern American hop while also remaining an extremely drinkable pale lager. It’s crisp, citrusy, crackery, and as Cold as the Cascades.
