WEST COAST IPA

When you have an artist who creates art for you but also creates art for a brewery in Japan, it only feels right to do a cross Pacific collaboration with said brewery. Alongside Nomcraft Brewing in Wakayama, Japan (south of Osaka), our brewers created a West Coast IPA that reflects both breweries take on the style. Fruit forward and exceptionally drinkable, this IPA is hopped with Cascade, Idaho 7, Nelson Sauvin, and Simcoe. These hops provide pineapple, white peach, lime, and white grape flavors that balance with a smooth, pleasant bitterness.
