We are honored to have been asked to host the NW WA brew for the WA Brewers Guild's annual Westies With Our Besties collaboration. Together with 16 other breweries we created this bold yet drinkable West Coast IPA hopped with Cascade Cryo, Citra, Idaho 7, and Simcoe. This beer presents with bright aromas and flavors of grapefruit, pine resin, and passionfruit. Westies has a slight bitterness that pairs beautifully with smooth cracker and white bread notes from the pilsner malt. This beer feels like a perfect reflection of what making IPA in Northwest Washington is all about, bold yet balanced flavors all while maintaining drinkability!
