Here at Aslan, we always welcome this festbier's return as it represents the transition from summer to fall. The combination of Pilsner and Munich malt contributes flavors of toast with honey and fresh dough. The hops provide a delicate floral and peppery note that balances the malt profile. With a bit bigger body and ABV than a typical German lager, this festbier has us ready to celebrate the coming of fall and is perfect for the upcoming cooler nights!

HAZY IPA

The newest addition to our Hazy IPA lineup, Palmera, is here! This hazy has the classic soft texture and an aromatic bouquet of tropical notes including guava, mandarin orange, and apricot. The blend of Callista, El Dorado, and Nelson Sauvin hops gives it a classic citrus brightness while also adding the complexity of diverse tropical notes. With mild bitterness, a plush mouthfeel, and a sunny day hop profile, Palmera will have you daydreaming about easy afternoons under palm trees.

Taking over the space where beer-industry fave Burgundian once stood, Aslan Tangletown is a nod to Washington’s rich beer history while bringing our own colorful, organic touch to the mix. Expect vibrant murals, repurposed furniture, and, of course, award-winning organic beer. 🌊🐙

We’re so thrilled to welcome the return of a beer we look forward to every year. Tateyama, named after our sister city in Japan, is a rice lager brewed with organic California kokuho rose rice from Koda Farms . Their rice provides a delicate, clean, and soft graininess that sweeps the hop flavors across the tongue. With flavors of jasmine, honeydew, and honeysuckle, this beer just screams summer.
