A very special organic beer release! We collaborated with our friends Ladd and Lass Brewing to bring you our spin on a traditional German Maibock. Maibocks are strong German lagers typically released in May, and while we obviously didn’t release this beer then, we did brew it in May! It’s been lagering away developing into a smooth and drinkable beer. Munich and Vienna malts, along with regenerative organic Kernza®, bring flavors of bread crust and caramel sweetness to pair with some herbal spice.
