Benvenuta to 7 Years of Aslan Seattle! This year we brewed one of our favorite styles, Italian Pilsner. Ciao Birra is hopped with Smaragd and finished with a dry hop of Aramis and Spalter Select to create a lemongrass aroma and a garden herb freshness with a perfectly balanced bitter finish.
