Like the first flowers of spring breaching the earth, this beer bursts to life with notes of lemon tea, white pepper, bergamot, and pear. The hop character blends seamlessly into the earthy and floral essence of the saison yeast, creating a balanced, bright, and zesty profile that finishes dry.

The classic rustic saison base was hopped a plenty with Adeena, Pekko, Callista, and Barbe Rouge, but done so with finesse, avoiding hop burn or IPA-level hopping rates.

Mane Attraction was designed to be a saison first with hops to accentuate those classic flavors. Managing bitterness while folding in complementary hop notes, this beer will attract both hoppy beer drinkers and saison zealots.
