NEW HAPPENINGS

  • Aslan Depot has food! Pizza and Salads

    Aslan Depot Pizza!

We are so excited to announce that Aslan Depot is now serving pizza, wings, salads, and more. Come join us for the same Depot you know and love, now just a bit tastier.

  • Giant Squid

    INDIA PALE ALE

    pine + grapefruit + bitter

We’re so stoked to bring back our collaboration with our friends at EVIL Bikes. At 6.66%, Evil IPA is easy-drinking yet packs a mighty punch. A savory pine character dominates the aroma, complemented by grapefruit and herbal notes. These characteristics carry over into the flavor and pair with a light mouthfeel and a smooth, drying carbonation. As we hit peak summer, it’s the perfect beer for any biking adventure!

  • Aslan Brewing Tangletown

    NOW OPEN! ✨

We’ve opened a taproom in the Tangletown neighborhood! 🎉🍻 Nestled between Wallingford & Green Lake, this cozy new space is all ages, features a curated bar, and serves up a seafood-focused menu—all with the signature Aslan warmth & community feel.

Taking over the space where beer-industry fave Burgundian once stood, Aslan Tangletown is a nod to Washington’s rich beer history while bringing our own colorful, organic touch to the mix. Expect vibrant murals, repurposed furniture, and, of course, award-winning organic beer. 🌊🐙

Aslan Brewing has been grounded in organic from the beginning, but we’re not stopping where we started. Organic is the essential ingredient in both our brews and our community. With these elevated agricultural standards in place, we are not only protecting the health of the crop and the raw ingredients with which we brew, but also the health of the farmers working in the fields, other non-target species, and the end consumer...YOU!
